Can I track my order?
Yes, you can! After placing your order you will receive an order confirmation via email. You will receive an expected delivery date when the order is shipped via email along with tracking information.
Can I return an item?
We hope that you love what you’ve ordered, but if there is an issue and you’re not completely satisfied feel free to contact us so that we can make sure to get you what you are looking for. There are no cash refunds just exchanges and store credit.
* All items need to be returned in the original packaging along with Tags
* Clearance items cannot be returned or exchanged
* Merchandise cannot be returned if washed or worn
* We must receive all returns and exchanges within 30 days of the purchase date listed on the Invoice
* We will process your store credit as soon as we receive your returned merchandise
* For exchanges once returned merchandise is received store credit is applied then you can pick your exchange items
Quality Issues: Should you find any item to be materially defective, the item must be returned to us in the same condition as it was sent within 7 calendar days after receiving the garment – it must be unwashed, unworn and with all the original tags affixed. Although we carefully check all merchandise for visible defects and damage prior to shipment, it is the buyer's responsibility to check the product upon its arrival to make sure it is free from any defects or problems. Damaged goods due to client negligence or items without their tags will not be accepted for return.
How long will my order take to be delivered?
A. Once payment is confirmed your order will be packaged. Delivery can be expected 7-10 business days.
Do I need an account and what are the benefits?
